Yes — we work on frames you bought somewhere else, especially for regular clients. Some repairs requiring manufacturer-specific hinges or parts may be limited to frames we stock, but most work — nose pads, screws, temple adjustments, bridge fit — is universal.

Lens overhauls

If the frame is in good shape but the lenses are scratched or the prescription is out of date, a lens overhaul is usually the right answer. We will remove the existing lenses, inspect the frame, take fresh measurements, and cut new lenses in-house — single vision, progressive, high-index, polarized, photochromic, or blue-light, as suits.

How long it takes

Most common adjustments are immediate. Nose-pad replacements, screw replacements, and temple tune-ups are five to ten minutes. Lens overhauls are typically a few days depending on the prescription and lens type. Hinge replacements requiring ordered parts can take a few days as well; we will give you a realistic timeline when you come in.
